100 DAYS of Metal Exploration / August 7 – November 14, 2017

On the heels of completing my first 100 Day Project of watercolor paintings, I infused that daily energy into exploring in a medium that was still new to me – metal.  Each day, I carved-out a period of time to explore, but there were no thematic creative restrictions or parameters set. Instead I followed the curiosity of the day knowing it could result in a jewelry-related idea and hoping it would also take me in the direction of small sculpture. Each day, I posted a photo of my creation on Instagram. Much like my daily painting projects, you can see ideas progress and develop over the course of several days or pop-up several times over the course of the project.
