On March 16, 2020, the first day my kids stayed home from school because of the Covid19 Pandemic, I resurrected my daily art practice. I knew that I would need the practice to calm my nerves and I wanted to create an offering to others who also needed to calm theirs. Like a moving meditation, coloring allows us to settle into our bodies and into the moment, and helps to rejuvenate our spirits in stressful times.
